Well done!! keke.. presenting my mango mousse cake!! kinda "running ard the box" by the time i reach office.. but still tastes GREAT~~~!!! hmm.. think i never beat whip cream to 70% thou.. cos mousse was kinda too soft if removed frm fridge for long.. my mom's melted.. keke.. forgot tell her need to put in fridge..

Hope will have leftover for aunts to try on sun.. made a total of 4 minis & a 6" i think..
