Back to baking.. stephy!! ur recipe is yummy! but lehchei.. lol.. the durian snowskin so pretty hor.. i finally bought the press press mold frm phoon huat.. design looks weird when i look at the mold.. but heng mooncake look nice.. can see all the details.. **feedback frm ppl who tried all quite good.. HENG~!!**


Waty n anqi came over yesterday.. played with the 2 boys.. totally went crazy.. laughing away.. made mango moussecake for them to try.. finally got some nice mangos frm shing sheong supermarket on sun.. when gong went to buy 'rations'.. happy with how the cake turned out.. sponge cake nice n soft.. mousse juz nice.. mangos abit too sweet for my taste thou.. prefer abit "sour-er" (hmm.. got this word anot? gota check dictionary liao


abit kua zhang la.. but have been baking these few nites after jovi sleep.. made some earle grey chiffon & marble swissroll last week.. (chiffon is yummy.. taste of TEA.. marble swissroll .. totally no words to describe.. keke.. no wonder i DONT like to make swissrolls..

Tonite : Crispy skin yam mooncake!! still deciding if i wana fry or bake.. WISH ME LUCK~~ think not easy to create the layers.. hope i have pix to post tomorrow~~!!!
