luck or..??

yeah!! finally managed to get the FEET showing! lol.. think is by luck wan.. cos the way i did was EXACTLY the same.. but i microwaved the egg whites on medium for 20 secs.. saw it on someone's blog that it works the same way as ageing the egg...

i managed to COOK some of the whites.. but too irritated to care.. so juz beat the cooked ones n uncooked ones together.. haha.. managed to get stiff peak.. den dumped in my peanut n icing sugar mix... den started to fold n fold..

looks promising.. flow like magma.. no peaks after i pipe.. cross fingers n into the oven they go.. NO WAITING time for it to dry..

TA'DAH!! FEET! happy happy.. but hor.. whole batch not all got feet.. haiz... gota go find out y liao.. n need to invest in a SILPAT.. most prob getting frm amazon ba.. promo on.. anyone wana buy can lemmi noe soon.. keke.. i missed out the one on forum..

tried 3xs yesterday.. the pretty pink ones are so cute! taste nice.. too bad no feet.. the 2nd batch was too sweet altogether.. n the last.. PEANUT MACS! pretty..
never tot i'd have feet.. so never made any filling.. most prob tonite gota make some choc ganache to kiap it together..
