Got the recipe frm a blog.. forgot who's already.. will try to find the author n link it here.. Made the cupcakes in 10mins! so simple.. yet so yummy! TOO moist.. dono if i wana frost it.. scared wait eat liao have sorethroat.. hmm.. read frm the blog that this cupcake will taste nicer if it "sit" overnight.. think the flavours will blend or watever.. if i have enough to last till tomorrow.. will update the difference in taste..
Moist Choco Cupcake (27minis)
Ingredients
200g chocolate, 200g butter (Melt)
mix in 200g sugar (i reduced to 170g.. can still reduce somemore if u want)
beat in 4 eggs, 1 at a time.
mix in 1 heaped tablespoon of flour (i used cake flour)
Bake at 180C for 18 mins until cooked. Den rest in the oven 10 mins wif oven off.
This cupcake is supposed to have the crispy top. Frost if necessary.
