Recipe : Chawamushi
100 ml chicken stock
1 egg
watever ingredients u wan
beat stock n egg, sieve into bowl, add in watever ingredients, steam 15mins. Depending on how hard/soft u wan the egg chawamushi, u can add more stock or more egg.. No need to season if using pkt stock. =)
i prefer 1 egg to 120-130 stock, peter usually make for him 2 eggs to 100 stock.
