Blueberry Aloe Vera Muffin
A: Mix
1 pkt yoghurt (ard 100g)
120g sugar
1 egg
70g melted butter
B: Sieve
180g flour
1t baking powder
1/2t salt
C: Blueberry
Pour B into A, stir, DON'T OVERMIX, ok to see some flour, mix in blueberry
Bake 175C for 18mins or till cooked.

Peach Pastry Cake
Fruit Pastry Cake craze on SMH forum.. lol.. so die die gota try.. ALL gd reviews frm mommies tat tried the recipe..
Fruit Pastry Cake (original taken frm happyhomebaking, in red are my changes)
Ingredients
100g Butter
200g Sugar (175g)
50g Sour Cream (yoghurt -- watever flavour i have in fridge)
3 eggs
1teaspoon vanilla essence
1teaspoon orange/lemon zest
210g Flour
1teaspoon Baking powder
Any Fruit topping
Method
Cream butter, sugar n yoghurt, add in 3 eggs 1 at a time n mix well after each addition. Mix in vanilla n zest. Mix in sifted flour n baking powder.
Pour into buttered n floured tin, flatten top, put on sliced fruits (dont have to press it in).
Bake 175C for 25-30mins till baked. Cool slightly, remove n serve.

Doraemon Gummy
Thanks to Jandew's recipe, the kids had so much fun! recipe taken from her blog..
Lime Jello Doraemon Gummies
Ingredients
85g flavoured Gelatin powder(I used tortally brand)
2 tbsp unflavoured/plain Gelatin powder
125ml water
Method
Put all the ingredients into a pot and heat over the fire(low heat)
Stir till everything is melted.
Do not boil.
Leave aside to cool.
Lightly oiled plastic molds with vegetable oil
Pour melted gelatin into it.
Leave it in the freezer for 5 mins only.
Remove from freezer and pull out the gummy bear from the mold.
