CNY Bakes : Pineapple Tarts

Made my 1st batch of PT for 09! 100 altogether.. but dono y.. all gone.. hmm.. too much 'testers'

CNY BAKE : 2nd KB

juz did the 2nd batch.. used flower cookie cutter instead of the bird.. so i noe wich is wich.. hmm this wan is melt-ier.. lol.. but not as 'pang' .. mayb cos i too 'dry fry' the tapioca starch with too little pandan leaves.. the previous batch i made use 300g to 3 leaves.. now at least 500g to 3 leaves.. haiz.. cant b lazy.. =_=

gota ask gu to try.. i don like KB so dono nice bo.. all taste the same to me.. lol.. running out of cookie cutters if i wana try another 2 recipes.. have a car n a star left.. hope this batch pass.. den no need to test try recipe liao..

OH!! my tomato plants.. ALL the shoots are out for all 4 different kinds of tomatos!

always wanted to try baking kueh bangkit (KB).. but no time.. finally got all the ingredients yesterday.. 1st tray! hmm.. verdict : not melty enuff.. too crispy.. haiz.. tonite gota try other recipes again...
