Blueberry Aloe Vera Muffin

A: Mix

1 pkt yoghurt (ard 100g)

120g sugar

1 egg

70g melted butter

B: Sieve

180g flour

1t baking powder

1/2t salt

C: Blueberry

Pour B into A, stir, DON'T OVERMIX, ok to see some flour, mix in blueberry

Bake 175C for 18mins or till cooked.

Banana Muffins

Banana Muffins (ard 18 standard size)


















A: Mix
4 large bananas (mashed)
1/2c sugar (i used ard 90g, depending of sweetness of ur bananas)
1 egg
1/3c melted butter (ard 70g)

B: Sieve
1 1/2c flour (ard 180g)
1t baking powder
1/2t baking soda
1/2t salt
1t cinnamon (optional)

Pour B into A, stir, DON'T OVERMIX, ok to see some flour.
Bake 175C for 14mins or till cooked.
